Simulator Flash File (SFF) release notes:
To run simulator flash file, add the following simtech rule in your config spec.
element /vobs/simtech/release/... SIMTECH_ARGON_071205

Set environment variable SIMROOT to be /vobs/simtech/release/argon
Then download all the .flash (.0, .1 for non-monolithic) .nflash and .tcl file
released in SFF folder to your working directory.
Then issue the simulator command below.
After the simulator window showed up and files are loaded,
click on 'go' in xsimphone window. Then click on power button of the simulated phone.
